This is my chance, I want it now!
Наконец-то это свершилось! Главное, что все удачно получилось, как и хотела. Ярко-красный Феникс слева внизу живота. Но удовольствие разорительное - 3000!!! И больно было, целый час лежала, изо всех сил напрягая живот, чтобы не дергаться. Но это того стоит! Я решилась на постоянную татуировку не из-за красоты или моды, или желания выпендриться перед кем-то. 30 Seconds To Mars - это не просто группа для меня, а неотъемлимая часть моей жизни, гораздо большее, чем обычный фанатизм.

30STM is performing a special secret show in downtown NYC tomorrow night, Thursday September 14th. We only have a limited amount of tickets so the first people to send an email (with your name and 1 guest's name, email address, age, and phone number) to [email protected], will be put on the list.
Doors open at 8:30pm EST, and fans who are selected to attend the show will be emailed by mid-day Thursday 9/14 with more details, so keep an eye on your inboxes...

Fresh off their win at the 2006 VMAs, 30STM are headlining the MTV2 $2 Bill Presents: Welcome To The Universe Tour! This is the biggest MTV2 $2Bill tour ever hitting 30 cities beginning October 17th and ending on November 25th. Head Automatica and Cobra Starship will serve as the opening acts for 30 Seconds To Mars during the tour.
This is an all-ages tour and a limited amount of tickets per city will be made available for $2 each while they last in a special internet pre-sale beginning at Noon ET/PT on Sept 16th at Ticketmaster.com (keep an eye on your inboxes later this week for the password.) There will be a 4 ticket limit per order for the pre-sale. Sales for General Tickets will begin the following week on September 23rd.

Мои знакомые всегда задавали мне вопрос: "Если это такая суперская группа, то почему они не имеют мировой известности и славы?" Я спросила себя:" А действительно, почему все так складывается?" И тут же дала ответ:" Потому что это бизнес, жестокая вещь, превращающая людей в запрограммированные машины, нацеленные на деньги. Здесь выигрывает тот, у кого большие связи, практически всех впихнули, протолкнули, раскрутили, и вот они уже звезды первой величины. По-настоящему талантливых самородков - единицы.
У марсов нет таких заоблачных денег, нет толкачей, которые везде их протащат, заплатят немыслимые бабки за рекламу. Они всего добились сами, сами пробивали себе дорогу. И настоящие фанаты это понимают и любят их до безумия за их талант, прекрасное творчество, волю к победе и одержимость.
Джаред сказал в одном из своих интерьвью:"Я оказался в Лос-Анжелесе с 500$ в рюкзаке, я был там совершенно один, так что никто мне ни в чем не помогал, и все, что я имею, заработал самостоятельно".

Мы все эшелоновцы, а значит - фанаты до мозга костей! А между тем каждый привык вкладывать в это понятие свой смыл. Так что же такое фанатизм? Чем он является для нас и какое место в жизни занимает?
